RAPID is a highly neurological treatment and its maximum amount of time for treatment is 30 mins.

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, Is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. RAPID therapists use a combination of hands on for palpation, examination and treatment. The therapist asses the tissues with his/her hands to evaluate the problematic areas within (muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves). 

RAPID sessions may be uncomfortable. This occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function.  

Please bring or wear loose clothing (Shorts, sweats, stretchy pants/yoga pants) to your appointment. As you will be moving in various positions during the treatment.
